To shop at you need to be 18 years old or over and possess a valid credit card or debit card that we accept. By placing an order, you are accepting the A Little Bird Told Me… contract and terms and conditions. All products are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The language of the contract is English, and we will sell our collections in Euros (€).

If you're ordering from within the EU, based on the selected shipping country, the prices displayed in the A Little Bird Told Me… online store include statutory Value Added Tax, but do not include a delivery charge. If you're ordering from outside of the European Union, our displayed product prices do not include Value Added Tax, and do not include a delivery charge. 

Don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything – you will be able to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step. After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, which you can use to track your order’s progress. When your order is packed and ready to be shipped from our warehouse you’ll receive a second message, confirming that it’s on its way.


We start to process your order as soon as you place it to make sure that you receive your items a quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realize that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is very limited time frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the A Little Bird Told Me… Customer Service team as soon as possible. They will be happy to help you!

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you cancel or change it, you can simply return it to us for a refund and place a new order.


Your products will normally be shipped on the working day after you place your order. However, some products are on pre-order and will have a longer shipping time. Each product is clearly marked with an estimated shipping time. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery after your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a status update as soon as your order is on its way. Free shipping on orders within the Netherlands from €30 and free shipping on orders to Belgium from €50. 

Your order will be delivered with UPS or PostNL (or their partner companies) to the address you specified. Anyone at the delivery address can accept and sign for delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be sent to the nearest UPS depot or postal office for collection. 

One way to reserve products is with so-called pre-orders. These products are not yet in stock, but are expected to become available (in limited editions). This way you can be certain that a product is reserved for you. Each product has a clear indication of the expected shipping period, under the heading "SHIPPING". Sometimes deliveries to us are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. This means the fulfilment of your order will be delayed, our team will give you notice. Multiple products in one order will be shipped in one package, when the pre ordered item becomes available to ship.

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item for a different color or size, if it’s the same price or less. We’ll give you a full refund within 5 days from your return is registered at our warehouse (or refund the difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, undamaged, unworn and have all or their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Please note that shipping cost for returning your object will not be refunded.

How to return or exchange an item

  1. Pack your item in the original box (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as you can).
  2. Fill in the returns note using the return codes. If applicable, add the details of the new size or color that you would like in exchange. Put the note inside the parcel.
  3. Take the parcel to your post office and sent it to the address provided. Remember to ask for proof of postage. Please keep in mind that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
