In our store, there's no obligation to create an account. You can simply add items to your shopping cart and just as easily empty it – we don't keep track of which items you are considering until you actually place an order.

Don't fret if you happen to make a mistake or decide to make a change – you have the opportunity to adjust or cancel throughout the entire ordering process, right up to the checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your order number, and as soon as your order ships from our warehouse, you'll get a second email confirming that your order is on its way.

To shop at, you must be 18 years or older. When you place an order, you agree to a purchase contract and our terms and conditions. The prices indicated on the website include statutory VAT but exclude shipping costs. For orders delivered outside the EU, this statutory VAT isn't included; it will be calculated by local customs and will need to be paid upon delivery. We have no control over these costs, as they are legally determined by the destination country.

Within the Netherlands, orders of €30 or more qualify for free shipping, and for Belgium, it's orders of €50 or more.


Your order will be dispatched on the first working day following your order placement. However, for some products, there may be a longer delivery time, and these are marked as [PRE ORDER]. Each product provides a clear indication of the expected shipping period. You can find more information about pre-orders under the 'PRE ORDER' section.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you can expect your package to be delivered the next working day. For other countries within the EU, delivery typically takes about 2 days, and for international shipments, it may take up to 10 days from the date of dispatch.

Orders will be delivered by UPS or PostNL to the address you provided. Anyone present at that address at the time of delivery can accept the package. If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest UPS depot or PostNL post office, where you can collect your order.


To enable product reservations, we offer the option of pre-orders. Items available for pre-order are not currently in stock, but we anticipate having them available shortly (in limited quantities). This provides you with the assurance of reserving the product before it is in stock.

For each product, you will find a clear indication of the expected shipping date under the 'SHIPPING' section. Occasionally, deliveries to us may experience some delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always keep you informed. If you place multiple products in a single order, they will be shipped together in one parcel once the pre-ordered item is in stock.


Returning with A Little Bird Told Me...

Naturally, an order isn't truly complete until you are entirely happy. If, for any reason, you're not pleased with your purchase, we provide you with the option to return the item for a refund or an exchange for a different color or size. Here's how you can go about it:

Requesting a return from your account:
You have the option to submit a return request by logging into your account. After your return request is approved, you will receive a return label with detailed instructions. Please note that there are return fees:

€4 for returns from The Netherlands
€6 for returns from Belgium
€10 for returns from the EU

If you prefer to return items yourself:
As an alternative, we also offer you the opportunity to arrange the return yourself. Please notify us of your return via email at Include your order number and the items you're sending back. Then, send your return to the address below. Ensure that you properly label the return package and that the item is in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and don't forget to include a return slip. You can download the return form here if you haven't received one or have misplaced it. Please be aware that return costs are not reimbursed. Keep in mind that the responsibility for the goods lies with you until they are delivered to us, so we always recommend requesting a shipping receipt or keeping track of the shipping information.

Return period:
You have 14 days to report your return and an additional 14 days to physically send it back. Once we receive your return, it will be processed as swiftly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the amount using the payment method you originally used. You can expect to receive your refund within a few days, depending on your bank and payment method.
